Gelatin melting and mixing tanks are made from food grade stainless steel. All accessories including sanitary stainless steel valves, clamps, and triple wall jacket designed for years of use.

Each Gel Melter creates an even consistancy for your vegetable or animal gelatin needs. The tanks are fitted with water filled jacket that is heated to pre-set temperatures by electric heaters. During the melting process, paddle impellers mix the solution while vacuum is applied for deaeration.
